I just sa...Have you ever seen the movie <I>Idiocracy</I>? I just saw it last night, and your post reminded me of it. The basic premise was that all the stupid people reproduced excessively while all the smart people died out, and an average guy from the present-day goes 500 years into the future and is the smartest person in the world.
